If it doesn't get used in the winter, a modern 15w-40 dino oil would be better than 10w-30. Change every 100 hours or yearly, whichever comes first. If used in the winter, I would recommend Mobil 1 5w-40 turbo diesel oil year around and changing once per year or every 200 hours, which ever comes first.
