CoreyClough. Posted January 25, 2004. Valve adjustment made simple: Remove tank, remove timing inspection hole, line up marks as per manual, remove the caps, if all are wigle-able, then you have TDC. Check the gap using the one above, and the one below. For .004, the .003 should go, but the .005 shouldn't.
